Project Description

IMBA 523 provides students with an overview of the current theories and practices in organizational change, development, organizational culture, vision, and structure. The course reviews current theories, research findings, techniques, and approaches of organizational development as well as the associated cultural implications. Students will analyze and assess of conceptual models, systems, and decision processes for organizational development, intervention, and change; transformation; and reengineering processes.
