Technical Communications Specialist
Becca started editing educational materials when she was still in elementary school, beginning with pointing out that her social studies book still referred to the USSR in 1995. Since then, she’s gone on to study English and German, receive an M.F.A. in creative writing, edit K–6 reading textbooks, and write technical and training documentation for medical software before returning to her true love in academia at World Campus Learning Design.
With her Chicago and APA style manuals never more than arm’s reach away, Becca’s goal is to ensure the words and style of World Campus courses always say what they mean. In her free time, she tries unsuccessfully to read every book on her ever-growing reading list, takes vacations to Scotland and Germany as often as she can, knits adorable accessories for her nephew, and attempts to replicate Alton Brown recipes in her own kitchen.
