Tim Marshall

Project Manager

Tim is a project manager with Penn State World Campus, where he helps to manage the diverse projects in the Learning Design portfolio and works to improve project management practices.

Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Western Governors University. He is certified in Business Relationship Management and holds both a World Campus graduate certificate in Organization Development and Change: Operational Excellence as well as a master of professional studies in Organization Development and Change. Currently, Tim is completing his capstone at Western Governors University to receive a master of education with an emphasis in Learning and Technology.

Tim resides locally with his wife, Lindsey, and their daughters, Anna, Areli, and Addison. He enjoys sports, the outdoors, hunting, fishing, visiting family/friends, and going on adventures with his family. Tim is especially interested in healthy living, health education, and sustainable organic farming. He is also known to research a wide variety of subjects—virtually anything that piques his curiosity.
