Tugce is a graduate research assistant with Learning Design, and a Ph.D. student in the Learning, Design and Technology program at Penn State.
Tugce received her master’s degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technology from the Middle East Technical University (METU) in Turkey in 2015. Throughout her master’s studies, she worked on several subjects, such as serious games, human-computer interaction (heuristics and user usability and interface design), and gamification. She has coding experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, and MYSQL. Tugce also worked as a research assistant at METU and worked with Moodle to design instructional materials, give seminars, and provide technical support.
Tugce came to the United States in August 2015, and she enjoys being in State College. She is passionate about being passionate.
