Brian Hyatt

Instructional Designer

Brian is the lead instructional designer for the Penn State World Campus Psychology and Online MBA programs. Prior to joining Penn State, he taught secondary mathematics and science. In addition to his teaching duties, he worked as a staff technology trainer; outside of the classroom, Brian coached baseball and volleyball.

Brian earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science-Biomechanics from Boise State University. He holds a master’s degree in Educational Technology and graduate certificates in Technology Integration and Online Teaching.

Away from work, Brian enjoys hiking, whitewater rafting/kayaking, and spending time with his family.
