Ellen Rodgers

Project Manager

Ellen is a project manager for Penn State World Campus Learning Design.

Prior to joining Penn State in March 2019, Ellen's failed pursuit at finding work-life balance in the hospitality industry led her to project and program management in the corporate sector. With her PMP and Scrum Master certifications under her belt, she focused on the continuous improvement of process and communication in order to foster collaboration and achieve efficiency, transparency, and adaptability.

Outside of the office, Ellen enjoys hiking, gardening, and collecting cookbooks as well as traveling with her husband, cuddling with their four Labrador retrievers, and talking to her free-range chickens.
