Erica Clouser

Instructional Production Specialist

Erica is an instructional production specialist with World Campus Learning Design at Penn State.

Erica is responsible for adopting course materials with the World Campus online bookstore, MBS Direct. Also, Erica is responsible for coordinating quality assurance on World Campus courses prior to them opening and assists with acquiring administrative and material information from our academic partners.  She is also responsible for conducting quality assurance of our online catalog.

Erica has been with the World Campus since July 1999 and has served in several different roles over the years.  She has two daughters who are both in college, one in Florida and one in Texas.  Erica currently lives in the area with her boyfriend and two dogs.
