Seto Kaiba

Programmer/Analyst

Seto is a programmer/analyst for Penn State World Campus Learning Design. He moved to Pennsylvania in 2014 with his fiancée, who is working to obtain her Ph.D. at Penn State.

Seto has a passion for all things related to programming and art. His work history is diverse, including different roles such as computer technician, technical support, Xbox Tier 3 fraud, windows programmer, software packager, and web developer.

Seto enjoys viewing artwork, drawing, digital art, Flash, and animation. Playing video games, creating art, and programming are some activities Seto likes to do with his spare time.
